Joining our team could possibly be one of the most exciting, yet challenging and satisfying jobs you could experience.
Many of our crew and leaders have ‘real’ jobs in between working for us and therefore the work is on an ad-hoc basis – some say that we add ‘that little bit of spice’ to their life! See below for types of roles we are always on the lookout for…
We are always on the look out for outgoing, fun loving yet professional individuals to help out with our challenge events. If you are a dab hand with bicycles, experienced in trekking, can erect tents in the blink of an eye, or can crack a smile and a joke even in the toughest and most stressed of times then we’d love to hear from you! We have many jobs available from driving support vehicles to controlling checkpoints and waterstops…It’s an exhaustive list! Outdoor qualifications are not vital, but do carry an advantage. As does holding a full, clean driving license.
Our Challenge Leaders are a vital part of our success and are on the front line (so to speak!) so previous experience of working in adventure travel is essential, in addition to leading groups overseas. Having an ML qualification is a considerable advantage. We run assessment weekends throughout the year for both potential and current challenge leaders – after all, we can only assess for what we require out of leaders by actually meeting you and seeing how you work.
If you are GP or a doctor with experience in A&E, and have a passion for adventure travel and a superb bed side manner then why not get in touch! Our doctors and medics work for us on a voluntary basis (with all expenses covered) and form a vital part of our team. If you are looking for your next medical challenge, then please get in touch!
