Operating a Bespoke Challenge is a fantastic way for your charity to really convey the work of your cause, as all participants involved are your supporters. Bespoke Charity Challenges are very special indeed – they are perfect vehicles to assist you in creating long term relationships with your supporters. Due to the bond and emotions that are created on these trips through each participant being passionate about your cause, you will find that repeat recruitment is much higher when compared to other types of events.
Specific to you and your Charity
As a Bespoke challenge is YOUR event, we run the charity challenge how YOU wish it to be run. We work very closely with you to ensure your expectations are met and even surpassed. We provide you with all challenge information in order for you to then create your own materials to fit in with your own brand and communication plans with the participants. You can send what information you want, and when you want to your participants, but be assured, you are not just ‘left to it’ – we are here to offer any advice and support if needed.

Your Charity’s brand is very clear
Your Charity’s brand is very clear when running your own bespoke charity challenge and the photo opportunities are amazing – especially when you have all participants wearing charity t-shirts and waving charity flags. Why not brand up the campsites by bringing along charity banners? Bring along as much branding as possible, as this will really drill home the fantastic work of the charity and give you the opportunity to ensure your fundraising message is portrayed to each participant.
Free Charity Place
Free charity place is offered on bespoke challenges when you recruit 15 participants or more (dependant on destination). This then enables you to really create long-term relations with each participant and also gives your charity the chance to get involved with briefings in order to convey the charity’s message on a morning and evening basis whilst on the event.
Wider Choice!
By running your own bespoke challenge you can hold an event in (pretty much!) any country of the world! We have a database of well over 50 tried and tested challenge itineraries the world over, so please contact us to discuss your requirements. We’ve run numerous challenges to numerous countries so again, please contact us even if you don’t see your preferred destination on our website – we’ve probably already been there and done it!
More Financial Control
You have more financial control when operating your own bespoke challenge as you can set the registration fee and minimum sponsorship according to what you wish to raise per person and from the event as a whole.
Why not tailor make?
Why not tailor make your bespoke challenge by either reducing the length of the itinerary slightly, or increasing it to suit your needs. In addition, we can also adapt the itinerary to visit any local projects your charity is linked with, or your supporters may have an affiliation to. If you are an animal charity, why not visit an animal park at the end? If you are a hospice, you could visit a local hospice in the country…we’re sure you get the idea!
Be even more cost effective!
With all bespoke challenges, the more participants you can recruit the cheaper the prices per person, which in turn means more of the fundraising target you set goes towards your Charity! Bespoke challenges are not really financially viable for groups of less than 16, but you can reap the rewards of cheaper prices by reaching the 40 to 60 participation level – wait till you see the difference!
