APT Action on Poverty has transformed the lives of over a million of the poorest and most vulnerable people in Africa and South Asia, giving them the skills and knowledge to earn a livelihood and provide food, shelter, medicine and education for their children.

The Charity was established more than 25 years ago and has a wealth of experience in assisting severely disadvantaged people to gain the dignity and self-respect they deserve. Men, women and young people have gained the confidence to earn an income, thereby giving themselves, their children and grand-children the chance to improve the quality of their lives and look forward to the future.
