Compass is a registered charity providing services to people across England, who are concerned with the health and social impact of illicit drug use.

Since its inception in 1986, Compass has established itself as one of the leading providers of services, earning a nationwide reputation for the high standard of its work.

Our mission is to “to help drug users move away from problem drug use and into healthier and safer lifestyles”. In addition we also continue to provide support to the children, parents and friends of drug users to reduce the risk of drug related harm to them and the communities in which they live.
