Cornerstone is a Scottish charity that is proud to support people with disabilities, helping them to contribute to and be part of their local community.
Each year we help over 1300 children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health problems, autism and other care and support needs to live independently. We provide a wide range of support through our Community Support and Domiciliary Care, Employment and Training, Mental Health Services, Children’s Play Schemes and Transitions Services.
Our work and services not only improve the lives of people with disabilities, but also make a difference by ensuring that the community you live in is inclusive and diverse – a place where everyone is valued and respected.
We are committed to providing high quality care so whether it be supporting independence, providing respite and short breaks or enabling people to have their own home or job, Cornerstone is here to help.
It is often quoted that a measure of community (society or even a nation) is how it treats its weakest members. Cornerstone works hard to enable the people we support to enjoy a valued life and the money raised from each challenge will allow us to continue achieving this aim.
