Cotswold Care Hospice

Cotswold Care Hospice is the registered charity that cares for patients in our part of Gloucestershire, who are faced with cancer and other life threatening illnesses.

It is an independent Hospice (i.e. not part of the NHS nor any national organisation such as Marie Curie) and provides its services free of charge. It operates a Day Care Patient Service at the Hospice for up to 17 patients a day, provides an award-winning Hospice at Home Service 24 hours a day 7 days a week for over 100 patients a year and operates Outpatient Clinics, which include Complementary and Diversional Therapies and Specialist Support Groups. Family support including Counselling, Pastoral Care and Bereavement Support are available for those in need.

The Hospice needs to raise £800,000 every year so that we can continue caring for local people. In order to achieve this we have to rely heavily on the generosity and goodwill of organisations and people in the local community for voluntary donations and support.
