Halton Haven Hospice offers a flexible, patient centred and patient led approach to the provision of palliative care for the people of Widnes, Runcorn and the surrounding area.

Without the hospice 180 patients and their families, each year, would be forced to try to cope with life-threatening illness at home. Our daycare patients would have to cope at home, often alone.

The hospice needs £1.8m to maintain its services this year. Of this, £900K needs to be raised from the local community; Halton Haven has no reserves, this means £75K has to be raised each and every month.
