Lakelands Day Care Hospice is an independent hospice and receives no funding from the Government or any other large scale organisations. We have to raise £250,000 per annum to enable us to continue providing the high level of cancer care that we do.

We rely solely upon charitable donations and fundraising to raise such a target. Lakelands Hospice is a Day Care Hospice, which offers support, love and care to individuals on the middle part of their cancer journey (not well enough to work but not ill enough for an in-patient unit). We are open Monday to Friday and care for over 70 patients during the week.
