Sense

Sense is a national charity that supports and campaigns for children and adults who are both deaf and blind. We provide specialist information, advice and services to deafblind people, their families, carers and the professionals who work with them. In addition, we support people who have sensory impairments with additional disabilities.

Sense:

  • offers advice, help and information to deafblind people and their families
  • supports families through a national network and local branches
  • runs a holiday programme for deafblind children and adults
  • provides education, residential, respite and day services
  • has communicator-guides and one-to-one intervener support
  • offers training and consultancy

Help us to fulfil our vision of a world in which all people with disabilities can be full and active members of society. Please do your challenge for Sense and make a real difference to the lives of some the most marginalised people in the UK.
