Euro City Cycle – Bikes And A Beer Festival!

18 February, 2013 | News

We all know that there’s nothing better after a hard day in the saddle, than having a hot shower to re-invigorate yourself then putting on clean, fresh-smelling clothes and sitting down to a well deserved, cold, refreshing beer!  Whether you’ve been cycling in the Yorkshire Dales or across the Nevada Desert and whether your tipple is a pint of real ale as you warm yourself by the fireside or an ice cold bottle of lager to quench your thirst, it’s the favoured reward of many cyclists.

So, if you like cycling and you like beer, then you’ll love this…

We’ve skilfully arranged for our five day Euro City Cycle Challenge that goes from London, through Amsterdam to Brussels, to finish the weekend of the 2013 Brussels Beer Weekend!

The final day’s ride on this charity fundraising event sees us arrive in Brussels on Sunday 8th September, which coincides with the last day of the 15th Belgian Beer Weekend hosted by Brussels’ Grand-Place – Grote Markt, with a multitude of stands offering the opportunity to discover some of their best Belgian beers. Many small, medium-sized and large Belgian breweries will present their best selections. Entrance is free and beer prices are very reasonable! Entertainment such as jazz bands, brass bands and other activities will accompany your beer tasting.  If you’d like to take part in this charity challenge and toast your achievements at the Belgian Beer Weekend, then you can register online by clicking here. What better way to relax and unwind or kick off your shoes and celebrate completing an incredible bike ride for charity?
