If you decide to obtain your own travel insurance then you will need to sign and return our insurance indemnity form before being allowed to travel. You will also need to provide us with a copy of your own personal travel insurance policy. It is not administratively possible for GAC to vet each and every participants own personal travel insurance policy. Therefore you are responsible for ensuring that you have adequate personal travel insurance, with protection for the full duration of the challenge in respect of at least medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment.
