Training Hints and TipsYou do need to have a reasonable level of fitness to take part in our charity challenges, but you do not have to be "super fit" or a "professional athlete"!! We suggest that you slowly build up your fitness levels over the months leading up to your Challenge. For more advice about increasing you fitness before you depart on your challenge, please see the training guides below:
