How to get the most out of your Challenge – Training

Improving your fitness is not only a great way to prepare for your challenge, but it’s also good for your health! You do not need to be a ‘gung ho’ athlete to complete our challenges, but the fitter you are and the more training for trekking, cycling or rafting that you do, the more enjoyment and satisfaction you will get from completing the challenge.

Training weekends

We operate training weekends throughout the year, and the benefits of joining us are HUGE:-
