There are no up-front costs…
For your charity to get involved, there’s absolutely no up-front fee and you only pay the challenge balance once your supporter has sent you the necessary funds to take part – these challenges are specifically designed not to expose your charity to any unnecessary costs.

Free marketing and recruitment materials…
Here at Global we will supply you with free marketing and recruiment materials, enabling you to save valuable funds by not designing your own! We can brand up your registration forms and provide you with fully branded posters/fliers in PDF format. In addition, any of our images and text you see from our site and materials can be supplied to save you valuable time in writing and acquiring your own.
First class marketing advice
We’re always here to chat in detail about how you can successfully market and recruit supporters to take part in your challenge. Remember, the two Directors of Global Adventure Challenges come from an event fundraising and donor acquisition background and have been involved with many successful campaigns – why not utilise this knowledge!
Flexibility
We offer two types of payment options for your supporters on open challenges – a minimum sponsorship option and a self-funding option. This gives both your charity and your supporters more flexibility to fund the event. Many charities only promote the self-funding option in order to keep resources under control, and many promote only the minimum sponsorship in order to guarantee a net donation. Most of our charity partners promote both options, but the choice is yours.
No challenge administration!
We deal with all trip administration and liaise with your supporters regarding all logistical elements of the challenge, leaving you to focus on what you do best – helping your supporters fundraise – it simply couldn’t be easier!
Outstanding Supporter Care
We believe that we can give your supporters some of the best customer care in the lead up to their challenge – we do this through the provision of the following:-
- Detailed and informative pre-challenge information – we appreciate that some participants have never travelled alone before, or even stepped foot on a plane! We ensure that they are well equipped and full of knowledge to prepare them for their challenge.
- Fundraising Support & Advice – in addition to your charity providing your participants with all the fundraising advice and materials they need, we also send regular fundraising newsletters bursting with tried and tested methods to keep them motivated and to help them surpass their sponsorship target.
- Presentation and Information nights – these are a great way to either launch your open challenge, or simply get together your supporters for a detailed Q and A session with our leaders – fantastic for building relationships with your donors!
- Loyalty discounts – we offer your participants a reduction of 20% off the registration fee, should they register for another challenge within 12 months of return – we reward your supporters for being loyal to your cause.
- Training weekends – a fantastic, cost effective way for your supporters to train and prepare for their upcoming challenge! We also offer heavily reduced rates (sometimes even free depending on the number of your participants) for charity reps that wish to build relations with their participants.
