Petsavers is the charity of the British Small Animal Veterinary Association, the professional body serving small animal vets.

For nearly 30 years Petsavers has funded studies into the diseases affecting pets such as dogs, cats and rabbits. Petsavers’ studies do not involve experimental animals and must meet stringent scientific and ethical criteria.

Over £1.7 million has been given towards studies ranging from kidney failure to skin problems, arthritis to cancer and diabetes to heart disease.

Petsavers is of vital importance in the effort to advance our knowledge of pet diseases.
